Comprehensive
The system keeps employee data such as Personal numbers, Names, Marital status, Date of Birth and appointment, PIN Number, NSSF Number, Medical Provident Fund, GOK ID number, Employment history etc. It stores all personnel information in one database making it easy for payroll staff to access information at once. Employees can be categorized into trade union members and non-union members, departments, workstation and job groups.
Automation
The system generates pay slips for each payroll period, transactions on payments and deduction variations, new loans and loan adjustments. The system automatically computes gross pay, taxes, loans balances, interest on loans and net pay. Bank pay sheets are processed at the ‘click’ of a button.
The Funds Transfer Module converts financial data into the format required by the bank and can automatically distribute it to multiple accounts. Can define different leave types and capture employee leave information including leave start date, end date and leave balance (in days).

The statutory taxes are calculated automatically for each tax and the amount due to each generated in the form of a report ready for submission to the tax bodies. The end of year procedures are done at the ‘click of a button’ saving the payroll staff a months tedious work.

The system offers enhanced reporting capabilities and generates various types of reports, including Pay slips, Payroll summary, statutory summaries, remittance reports to banks and other organizations.
Accurate
The P9A, P10, P10A, P10 Quarterly, and PA (HOSP) reports and YTD summary on PAYE, NHIF and NSSF are updated monthly for submitting to the tax bodies at the end of the year.
