The School System is an application for use in any education institution. The school system specifically handles student information, starting with the student register and admission, courses/programs offered, Invoicing and billing, transport system, fees structure and tariff manager, payments query, as well as generating student statements, outstanding balances, trail of bounced/unpaid cheques and a listing of the students and courses.

The System is fully Windows based and run on Windows 2000 and above operating systems as well as Linux. The software can be installed in a single desktop computer or in a network environment. The multi-leveled security features enable control and restrict unauthorized access into the system. We give a one year warranty on all installations after which all users are entitled to free upgrades of the products in use. Our products are known to be affordable, reliable, flexible, efficient and simple enough for beginners to use, yet comprehensive enough to effectively meet the needs of even the most demanding users.

• Comprehensive:-The system maintains a database of students. Information that is stored in the database includes student full names, student identification number, student photos, course details, gender, parent/sponsor details and relationships and much more.
• Reliable:-The system does accurate record keeping and keeps precise records of all students as well as fees payment records and balances. Audit trail for all adjustments and payments are available. Detailed statements to students are on hand.
• Flexible:- It allows creation of unlimited number of course types, student extra curricula activities like sports, lunch, music etc, penalty types. Unlimited numbers of fleet types, routes, pick up and drop points as well as bank accounts can also be defined.
• Automation:- The system will generate invoices automatically and a comprehensive report given on the amount each student owes the school.
• Reports:- A host of reports are available from the system: course list, students list, outstanding balances, students statements, payments query, invoices and much more.
